    Considering the fixation the writers of the anime seem to have with him, let's try the rich guy with the dragon fetish. Post cards that Kaiba might like to use, particularly if they involve Dragon-type monsters (especially Blue-Eyes), Chaos cards, machine-like non-Monsters, virus-like cards, or evil clowns.

    Neutron Blast
    Normal Spell
    Activate this card only if you have a face-up "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" on your side of the field. Destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn this card's effect is used. When this card is sent to the Graveyard after its effect resolves, if you have a face-up "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" on your side of the field, inflict 2000 damage to your opponent's Life Points.

    this monster can only be special summoned from the fusion deck by removing 1 blue eyes ultimate dragon on the field and blue eyes ultimate dragon in the fusion deck from play. when this monster battles wit ha defence poisition monster inflict damage equal to the difference between the attack of this monster and the defence of the defence position monster.

    divine ultimate dragon, dragon fusion 8000 atk 5000 def light dragon
    this monster can only be special summoned by removing 1 blue eyes ultimate dragon on the field, 1 blue eyes ultiamte dragon in the graveyard and 1 blue eyes ultimate dragon in the fusion deck from play. once per turn you can discard 1 dragon type monster in your hand to destroy any card on the field. during the battle phase you can pay 2000 lfe points to make this monster imune to the effects of spell, trap and monster effects.

    ultimate shining dragon, dragon fusion 5000 atk 3000 def light dragon
    this monster can not be normal summoned or set this can not be special summoned except by removing 3 blue eyes shing dragon in your graveyard from play. this monster can not be destroyed by the effects of spell,trap or monster effects this monster gains 200 extra attack for each dragon in each players graveyard. if this monster is targeted for the effect of a spell, trap, or monster you can pay 500 life point's to negate the activation and effect and destory the card.

    As long as this card is face-up on the field, Dragon-type monsters cannot attack it. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, remove the top 3 cards of your opponent's Deck and Graveyard from play.

When this face-up card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, Special Summon 1 Union monster from your deck. You can then choose to equip it to an appropriate monster on the field.

    This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 1 DARK "Clown" monster in your Graveyard from play. Increase this monster's ATK by 500 points for each DARK monster you own that's removed from play.

    You can only activate this card by removing from play "Lord of D." or a Fusion Monster that lists "Lord of D." as one of its Fusion-Material Monsters on your side of the field. The controller of this card can Normal Summon or Set Dragon-Type monsters that are in that player's Graveyard or that they've removed from play (Tributes are still required for monsters that are Level 5 or higher).

    this monster can be special summoned by removing on your side of the field 1 blue eyes white dragon and 1 dark monster in the graveyard from play. when this card destorys a monster as result of battle inflict damage to your opponent equal to the attack of the destroyed.
    when this monster is destroyed you can special summon 1 blue eyes white dragon from graveyard or removed from play area.

    by discarding a level 8 or higher dragon monster draw cards equal to number of level 8 or higher monsters in your graveyard.

    Dragon-Type monsters you control are unaffected by effects that do not target. Once per turn, you can add 1 Dragon-Type monster to your hand from your Deck or from the cards you have removed from play.

    when this card is summoned you search your deck for 1 kaibaman and equip it to this card while this card is equiped with kaibaman it's name is treated as blue eyes white dragon. when this card leaves the field special summon kaibaman from your spell and trap card zone in face up defence during this turn only kaibaman cannot be destroyed or removed from the field.

    Remove from play 1 LIGHT monster in your Deck. During your 3rd Standby Phase after this card's activation, Special Summon the removed from play monster. When the summoned monster is removed from the field, this card is destroyed. When this card is removed from the field, the summoned monster is destroyed.

    Assuming Kaiba were ageless enough to make it to 5D's...

    Blue-Eyes Nova Dragon
    Level 10; Dragon-Type; LIGHT; Synchro/Effect; 3000/2500
    1 Tuner monster + "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" or "Legend of White" + 2 non-Tuner monsters
    This card gains 300 ATK for each Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard. When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Level of the destroyed monster x 300.
