so it does not work like spellcasters can not be targetd like that rule

the way sleeving as in art work is as long as it has a boarder each they can be used but other than that other rules for card sleeving is as normal

I would say no becouse graceful charity has a cost wich must be payed and exodia need all 5 cards in your hand to get the win but cos you are paying a cost graceful must discard 2 cards to complite it effcet
