I agree with replacing the cats with reapers. also maybe u should replace the Non Aggression Areas with Ojama Trios and the Desert Sunlight with Scapegoat. Try and find room for 1 or 2 Shining Angels

you need a good hand size to work with the cost of Transcendent Wings so it might be a good idea to drop the Kuriboh's for something else. Also I would probably drop 1 of the LV10's cos its a really bad top deck, u dont need it in your hand to summon it and they can be Recycled with Pot of...
