I kinda diagree, Lord Hades, on the whole cyber dragon thing. Technically, you could fuse cyber twin and cyber end, even if cyber dragon were to be restricted or limited, just use proto cyber dragon. Besides, IMO, I've seen too many people using that card, and it gets annoying.
