    Mmm... You MAY equip, not MUST. But about your question: Premature Burial says itself it must select a monster from the GRAVEYARD, so I think it can't be equipped. But I am not sure of it. And about Snatch Steal: opponent's side, so same as Premature Burial: I think it can't.
