Level Limit Area-B if you are going to have this card in your deck make sure that you use it correctly!..have monsters below lvl 4 or have a lvl 4-5 monster equipped with a Demotion spell card or any other card to cut the lvl down..just a quick suggestion, you may already know this though :P
