Yes, but you are not always guranteed to have extra Gadgets in hand all the time. 1 or 2 cards that rely on cost paying may be ok, but unless the draw engine is extremely efficient, any more cost paying cards would be bad in terms of deck construction and hinder optimal gameplay.

Goblin Zombie cannot search out Pyramid Turtle, since Turtle has 1400 def. As for the new "Chaos", they are worth the effort of deckbuilding, actual playing and using their effects. 4 monsters of 2 specific subtypes in a specific ratio is not something you can do right off the bat.

Perhaps Card Destruction may help once the Gadgets become "dead" in the hand so to speak.
