Necroface:
When this card is Normal Summoned, shuffle all removed from play cards into their owner's Decks. This card gains 100 ATK for each of those cards. When this card is removed from play, both players remove from play the top 5 cards of their Deck.
Activating Burial would only place...
Look at Goggle Golem for instance.
Not mistaken, this is a Gemini monster? Notice the little part in ( ) that says "effect"?
The effect of Gemini monsters is that they are treated as normal. That's the effect. So when Ceasefire is activated, the player activating it inflicts 500 damage for each...
I disagree. The effect of the Gemini monster is that is it treated as a normal monster when first summoned. It states as much in the card text:
*This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard.
If the Gemini monster was a normal monster, then the card...
So I guess through it all, I was right in that the "effect" of Gemini monsters is that they are treated as normal monsters when first summoned and as such, are considered effect monsters.
The effect that they are treated as 'normal' monsters before being normal summoned the second time does not make Gemini monsters "normal" monsters. You cannot use Justi-Break or other cards that are restricted to "normal" monsters because Gemini monsters are still considered "effect" monsters.
I think what's confusing for you is that Jinzo never made it to the field? Chaining MST to Call of the Haunted doesn't NEGATE CotH effect, it just doesn't allow it to resolve before being destroyed. Remember, the effect wasn't negated, it just didn't resolve to summon Jinzo.
I still think it has something to do with the constellation Leo. Since the sickle is found in the "ear" of the constellation and Leo is a feline, I'm going to guess...
Cat's Ear Tribe
While that may be true for most cards in a set, the secret rares manage to maintain their value and over time, increase in value due to the rarity of getting those cards still. Most of a card's value is the rarity of obtaining that card but most of it is the playability of the card, especially...
True, but I was referring to Cyberdark Dragon's effect of equipping a dragon-type monster from the graveyard, namely Pitch Dark, and not the ability of another effect equipping Pitch Dark. In this instance, Pitch Dark does not get it's effect.
Also, Pitch Dark's effect implies that it is a monster on the field BEFORE being equipped and not equipped from the graveyard by another card's effect.
Is Fear Monger's effect a one time only effect or can I use it's effect multiple times?
Can I target Disk Commander during each of my Standby Phases if both Monger and Commander are in the graveyard? I know this is conditional upon Fear Monger being destroyed as a result of battle.
