I believe what pssvr meant in his clue was by itself it could never win. because any card can have something else chained to it to make it more powerful.

How about Meteor of Destruction (single edge)tied with whatever that Tremendous Fire is that inflicts 1000 to opponent and 500 to self(double edge). Meteor is round. Hurts you less than Tremendous Fire and cannot be activated when you opponent is below 3000 LP therefore cannot win

Didn't forget just looking for card that couldn't win also didn't know we were limited to unbanned cards.

How about a color so we could narrow it down a bit and move on to another. ie spell trap monster
