i guess i should've clarified. i meant, using a DW monster (without the intention of it special summoning itself) and returning it with forces. similar to using a normal monster for it, and assuming you have another in the grave, returning both to the hand via dark factory of mass production

turn player has 1 card in hand, an active forced requisition and a FD morphing jar. jar is flipped, and resolved. since forced req is active, would the non-turn player now be forced to discard one card, or would forced miss its timing since the last thing to happen was a draw?
