    final attack orders

Yes, the number went from 1 to zero, to 1. It changed twice. ;)

    final attack orders

Not. A replay only occurs if there is a change in the number of monsters on the defender's side of the field. The number of monsters did not change, they just changed positions. The attack proceeds and the monster with the highest ATK wins.

    Chimeratech Overdragon Flipped F/D

Nope. "De-Fusion" won't work either. As was stated earlier, if it comes out during the 2nd Standby Phase, it's effect triggers. If you chain "De-Fusion", then you may get to Summon the monsters you used (provided you didn't use more than 5), but "Chimeratech Overdragon"s effect will resolve...

    Chimeratech Overdragon Flipped F/D

That's the point. You can't do it with "Future Fusion" so you use it to get all your Machines from your deck to the Graveyard, then use "Overload Fusion" to Summon "Chimeratech Overdragon" which then sends all your cards to the Graveyard. "Future Fusion" isn't used to bring out "Chimeratech...

    Would this work?

Effects that start with "FLIP:" have always been referred to as flip effects. I beleive it's even defined that way in the Rulebook (though I'm too lazy to double-check right now). I don't see a need to change that.

    IRS/last will timing?

I'm not getting the point? As I explained the resolution of that chain link IS a Special Summon. After a Summon by the turn player, the turn player retains priority to activate an appropriate card. That's what the judge's list post says, and that's how it's always been. Where is this...

    IRS/last will timing?

It is the same thing. It talks about "Metamorphosis" resolving and Summoning "Thousand-Eyes Restrict". After which it clearly says that the Turn Player retains priority. There is no new "window" after the resolution of the last chain link and a Special Summon. The resolution of the that last...

    IRS/last will timing?

I'm not. But, as was hammered home to me when I first got here, we should be careful which words we use when explaining the game. In Yu-Gi-Oh!, effects resolve, Summons don't. Saying "the last thing to resolve was a Summon" is a misuse of a game term that can easily cause confusion..

    IRS/last will timing?

Just as you cannot chain to a Summon, Summons cannot "resolve" either. A Summon is either successful or not successful, there's no resolution involved.

    Jumbo Drill and Panther Questions

Actually, the entire effect will be copied, but it will be too late to activate the Special Summon part of his attack because he is already Summoned when he copies the effect and that effect only triggers when he's Normal Summoned.

What does it matter? We have a ruilng on the Judges List. It's no longer a question of how you read the card, it's now a question of how the card is ruled and played.

Miracle Jurassic Egg vs Macrocosmos/Dimensional Fissure

This is answered in the rulings. A "Miracle Jurassic Egg" that is destroyed by battle when "Macro Cosmos" is on the field will still be removed from play.

"Destiny Hero - Diamond Dude" vs. "The End of Anubis"

Not if it could go either way. Not about this, anyway. There are much more important things to have a conviction about. I haven't argued the other side because you guys have been doing that. You've done a pretty good job, though there's one correlated effect that no one has mentioned yet...

    Mind Crush

If he's willfully lying, it's no different than if he stacked his deck before drawing. I'd discuss it with the Head Judge, but I would lobby for a game loss at the least, maybe even a match loss.

"Destiny Hero - Diamond Dude" vs. "The End of Anubis"

My mind includes both scenarios, so I wouldn't have to change anything. I just need to go with the one that Konami says is right. No changing involved.

You don't know what he was truly stating. Only HE knows what he was truly stating. j/k lol ;)

The "in battle" was understood because that was the context.

Fiber Jar and Chaos Command Magician

Actually, he cannot target himself because he's considered destroyed. He is considered "on the field" until the "Send cards to the Graveyard" portion of the damage step. Destroyed cards cannot be targeted by effects.
