Can someone please tell me the exact definition of the word "official" when referring to sources on Yu-Gi-Oh! rules, policies, and etiquette?
I've been hearing a lot of talk about it, and I'd like to understand more what people are saying. The Judges' List is not an official source of rulings...
There really isn't anything that I know of to which you could compare or from which you could extrapolate. So unless someone knows of a Japanese source, I'd say we'll just have to wait for a ruling. But for those of you who are anxious to test out this card in proxy form and want a decision now...
But my point remains the same. What do we gain by asking for newer, more powerful cards? We'll just have to buy them at high prices while we watch the price of our old cards go down because they're no longer the top of the pile. No matter how you define "power", no matter whether you play for...
Is the power of the card relevant at all to the game?
If all monsters in the game had their ATK and DEF points cut in half, would that make them any weaker? Would it make them stronger if their points were doubled?
People who play competitively will use the best cards they can get their hands...
Does this mean that you choose when to initiate the Hand Reduction thing?
So it can happen any time during your End Phase, as long as you do accomplish it before the actual end?
I'm so rusty. :drunk
I'm not entirely sure, but I think that the discarding to reduce hand size occurs at the VERY end of the End Phase, past the point where any effects could activate.
Forgive my general lack of understanding, but is Ultimate Offering's effect not an Ignition effect?
Why CAN'T we label Trap card effects the same names as Monster effects?
Flesh-Eating Bacteria
[Dark / Aqua / ATK 2000 / DEF 0]
This card may only attack once as long as it remains face-up on the field.
Next Card: Paramecium (Bacteria)
Bacteria From Another Time
[Water / Fiend / 1 Star / ATK 100 / DEF 0]
During each of your and your opponent's Standby Phases, Special Summon one "Bacteria Token" (Water / Fiend / 1 Star / ATK 100 / DEF 0) on your side of the field. Afterwards, double the original ATK of all face-up "Bacteria"...
I'm really lost. Cannonball Spear Shellfish or Torpedo Fish? Fortress Whale?
Dolphins are the only water-related creatures I know of that use echo-location.
It was stocked two times, many months ago. Both times, it was bought by the administrator. Since then, it has not stocked even though other items have.
Explain?
As I stated, no they can't.
You can ask DaAmazing1 why not, although he never replied to my last PM.
I don't know what you're seeing in the store, but I can assure you no amount of points would get me a Custom Avvie. It's been sold out for months.
