Reversal Quiz says "send" and not "discard." No Dark World effects can come of it. I've always thought the card was returned to the top of the deck. The owner just picks it up and looks at it.

While I agree with you that the cards are overpriced at the moment, it's because they are Secret Rares, and much harder to get than a typical holo would be from the set. It's unfortunate, but that's the way it is. Harder to find = more expensive. I for one hope this isn't true either...

You don't want your Elemental Heroes in your hand. You want them in your Graveyard. Advanced Ritual Art puts them there, and Miracle Fusion removes them.

Burn decks tend to go very lightly on monster removal, if any at all. And as Lord Hades pointed out, an OTK deck could be less likely to have a need for it.
