I think bringing Tsukuyomi would be a refreshing change in the current meta, even if it only stays unbanned (limited) for 6 months. I mean, if we can bring Snatch Steal for 6 months, why not Tsukuyomi? It would at least give new decks such as Perfect Circle and LADD a second thought on how to run.
