a "+" or "-" does not "modify" a stat.
When you add to the attack everything else is still there, the only confusion is with limiter removal that uses those pluses and minuses to modify the atk.
A monster with >1300 ATK is an illegal target for Heart of Clear Water. Magic Refelctor will not even protect it once, there's no effect trying to destroy it.
We've gone over this before.

The situation in the OP is more like this:

So it's likely not a loop, just a back-and-forth situation.
The Cyber Dragon should return to the opponent's side of the...
His grandfather is delusional since the information is wrong, there is no way to guess his age, a selection:

The soft drink name is a shortening (first recorded 1909) of brand name Coca-Cola, trademark from 1887. As a shortened form of cocaine it...
You would ake the decision whether to continue the attack or not before a player can respond to a summon.
When responding to an attack you cannot activate a trap card until every step has been paid. The replay rewinds the attack to an inbetween stage, and give another option instead of an...
I never said it should be interpreted the other way.
However "send to the graveyard" should mean "send to the graveyard" so jsut because its a cost or not does not necessarily make a difference.
We have some cards that can't resolve their effects when the card can't make it to the graveyard...
"to" is ambiguous, actually.
When Thunder Dragon for example said "discard to the graveyard" it was not incorrect, even though it would still work when discarded and removed from play. Now thunder dragon could get away with being changed to jsut "discard" because discard indicates its going to...
Negate the activation and effect of an Effect Monster whose effect activated when a monster was Normal Summoned (even itself), and destroy that Effect Monster.
There's nothing in that text that can draw a line between trigger effects and ignition effects.
There's only 2 logical ways to...
The errata doesn't necessarily indicate that it will negate Des Caliber Night, as it could be interpreted to involve only cards that trigger based on a normal summon. The errata only clarifies that it can be used on a card that was not the same one that was normal summoned
In order to conlude...
Conditions need to be correct at activation, it needs to have a chance to resolve at activation. (even though that would never happen)
Also, even for Lava Golem, tributes occur before the monster is summoned. So there is the time for an effect to turn off before a monster is summoned, but...
You cannot Special Summon "Lava Golem" if the opponent has "Jowgen the Spiritualist" face-up on the field, nor can you Tribute their "Jowgen the Spiritualist" to Special Summon "Lava Golem".
Any time a card targets or does anything else to a card(s) in the graveyard you must let your opponent know as much as you do about the cards in the graveyard.
It doesn't matter whether it's at activation or resolution, chianing to the effect is completely irrelevant
The graveyard is as much...
nothing chainable would ever happen before the draw.
(because you have the right to chain to any chainable effect, you would have to deal with "what happens if i activate this trap/quickplay spell before drawing )
Forbidden Life
