Ok, since saterday UDE has been having some major issues with there site and metagame. Now finally being able to check ratings it seems that many states ratings have been reset and some accounts are no longer there. Anyone else having any problems?

I had a fast question. Royal Oppression can stop Special Summons. Is a Ritual Summon a Special Summon, thus can Royal Oppression stop Ritual Summons?
