I know that you can never negate a cost. and i also know that while skill drain is active you can still pay costs for monster effects, such as discard a card for tribe, or sac exiled force. however. what if inpsection is on the field and so is imperial order? do i still get to pay its costs even...

say relinquished has stolen a blue eyes and has 3000 attack (i like using blue eyes in examples) and ur using the 3000 relinquished to attack the cats ear tribe. what would happen? does relinquished go all the way down to 200? or would his orrginal attack be considered 0 and cat actualy boosts...

im just curious. if my opponent where to attack with a blue eyes, and i activate mirror force. could he activate gravity bind in a chain to stop his blue eyes and make mirror force fizzle?

id like to know. i heard that if your opponent attack you can play mirrorforce. and if he plays 7tools, you can still play magiccylinder in a new chain during the same battlephase against that monster. is that true? any fast and backed up answer would be helpfull.
