For #1---
I'm not fond of Thunder Dragons outside of a OTK. I see its usefulness in deck thinning, but it's one terrible top deck. I would drop them for a 2nd MoF, and 2 Mirage Dragons. I've been testing a bit with MD, and he is quite useful, IHMO.

For #2---
I read about this type of deck on Metagame... I don't have any suggestions for it, mainly because I've never seen it played.
