Ok, here's my suggestions--

+2 Draining Shield

Also I think he should add in Swords of Concealing Light x2 for some more stall--but I dont know what he should drop for them---

Umm how does he plan to willow the life points down for the OTK?

In other words: this deck's mechanics make no sense what so ever.

I'm thinking the idea is to use Dimension Fusion or Return from the Different Dimension to special summons lots of big monsters after removing them from play with Soul Release. Never really seen one of these, so I can't really comment on changes to make right now.

That is exactly how it works---drop them to the grave, then RFP them and RftDD or DF them back for a big hit OTK---
