Hey guys, I've got a question here. Cards such as Doomstadt states that you are considered to control someone. Let's say I use Doomstadt on turn 1 and recruited a Fantastic 4 character on turn 2. May I use Common Enemy?
No. You don't control a Doom character. You are just considered to control Dr. Doom. (While there are no examples of it presently, there may in the future be a Dr. Doom card that is not of the Doom affiliation.)
