Angelic Apocalypse

With Shadow of Infinity coming to us in... a few months (^^;; ), I've decided to call dibs on the two cards in that set that I think actually matter/make a difference in the game. And of course, as always, those two cards are the underdogs that no one else will probably like because they're rituals, but that's exactly why I like them. So, I've decided to integrate them into my Shinato-Agent Deck. And those two cards are:

King of the End - Demise
(DARK/Fiend/Ritual/8/2400/2000)
This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "End of the World". You must sacriface cards from your hand or field with total levels of 8. Pay 2000 points to destroy all cards on the field except this card.

Goddess of Extermination - Ruin
(LIGHT/Fairy/Ritual/8/2300/2000)
This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "End of the World". You must sacriface cards from your hand or field with total levels of 8. When this card destroys the opponent's monster as a result of battle, this card can attack one more time.
Card text of both thanks to Ideal808. Card numbers are "SOI-JP034" and "SOI-JP035". Names, artwork, and effect text subject to change after translation.

The Ritual Spell Card "End of the World" should be self-explanatory. I've proxy-playtested them both, and they work rather nicely. The trick is either using them or Shinato, but never all four or a mix of one of them and Shinato - That'd be suicide. I'm not yet sure if I should use other cards to play off of the two new ritual monsters, since my deck seems to work well with them. If you have a suggestion for that, it's very welcome. Bah, enough of my blabbing; here's the list:

Before I say anything else, I demand they give us a generic Ritual Spell card for LIGHT monsters like they did with DARK monsters and Contract with the Abyss. I'm sure that would make your job a lot easier.

I'm curious to see why you have a single Dancing Fairy in here. I was thinking a Shining Angel or 2 to bring out Mars at just the right time, as well as DDWL. A Giant Rat for Mudora or Kelbek could help too, but searchers aren't necessary.

I can't believe I'm even thinking it, but Pot of Avarice seems like a nice fit in a Ritual-focused deck. They tend to burn through resources quickly, and this could give you some back.

Nice work overall. The Rivalry of Warlords is a nice touch. And yes, SOI-JP034 pwns!

Take a look at Earth Chant... ...and there are HOW MANY Earth Rituals monsters?

Shining Angel is almost imperative. This deck will undoubtedly lose field and hand presence very fast. Something to make up for that would certainly be nice. Then again... Giant Rat would be better, I think.

Not to mention you could get full use out of Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands.

I'm not entirely convinced I agree with that. Rivalry of Warlords, will, at best, stop them from normal summoning after they special summon Cyber Dragon.

I've got to believe the Rivalry could be dropped for something better able to hold the field. Sakuretsu or Gravity Bind come to mind.

Do you find Asura Priest to be helpful? Because that could potentially come out for a rat...

When I read the text of those two, I thought 'oh flippin' eck..Chaos!'.
Chaos will make a revival with these cards and they will most likely be banned come next banlist.

The deck itself looks very basic for a Light deck. Can't wait to play (against) it.

Jath - I've been saying that for years... or ever since Contract with the Abyss came out. The possibilities are endless.

pssvr - Rivalry of the Warlords is an extremely useful card. Have you actually ever used it? It's amazing.

Jath & pssvr - As far as searchers go... I'd rather use Shining Angels to pump up Mudora, since Giant Rats would not do that and would clash with everything in the theme. However, I'd rather use no searchers. I have toyed with both before, and I hated it with both.

Dancing Fairy is in there because it has an ATK of 1700... And I like that. :D It used to be Hysteric Fairy, but I got sick of Hysteric Fairy. And Asura Priest I rather like as well. Very useful Fairy-types.

I just wish there was more Fairy support. T.T

Its like we are getting watered down CED and BLS ... but with steaper costs and harder summon requirements.... still very killer monsters
oh ya.... sweet deck, the only thing i can think of is it drop Kelbek for Shining Angels.... since Kelbek is earth and you need a light searcher in here and all.... I could be wrong of course.... lol
