OK, let's see if I got this 4-post thing right.
My Rules:
1) By posting in my thread, you agree in full with each one of my rules, despite your own. Make sure to read it all: They are there so you are informed, and so I cannot hide anything from you.
2) Make an offer on my card(s) first, and then we'll negotiate from there.
3) I follow the Reference Rule. Strictly. I will usually not send outside of U.S. or Canada; however, if you're buying a worthwhile amount from me, or I feel the deal is worth it, I will send overseas. Neg Refs will send first or mod trade, depending on the neg.
4) No rippers. Ripping is bad for your reputation.
5) I'm not stupid. I know what my cards are worth. Don't try to lowball me, I can tell the difference between you slightly putting the deal in your favor and trying to pawn off little for less. Former good, latter bad.
6) Please ask for condition. I don't have time to sift through this entire list listing exact condition. I'll do it individually with each trader. I expect you to tell me condition as well. I CARE.
7) A deal is confirmed in this manner: We agree on the deal. Then we decide who sends first or if we send same time. (At this point, backing out will result in a neutral reference for you.) Then we exchange our addresses (At this point, backing out will result in a negative reference for you.) and we proceed with the deal.
8) I usually send my cards normal mail, but I will try to send Priority/Tracking if the deal involves very valuable cards/stuff. If you want me to send by a faster, more expensive method, such as Express or Overnight mail, please enclose the cost of shipping in such a way. I will also not pay shipping for anyone sending to me, it’s enough that I have to pay my own, unless I request a more expensive method of sending and I compensate you for it, which will rarely happen.
9) Please, if you post on my list, check back later. I reply to everyone who posts, so I will reply to you. If I skip you and don't notice it, please post again, and I will get to you. Please don't post just once, and then never post again. Serious traders only.
10) I do not buy cards. I'm a jobless college student, I don't have the money to spare for them ATM.
11) NO BURNED CDS. They're illegal and cheap. It's unlawful to trade them online, I'm sure this place has a rule against it, so I will not accept any burned CDs. Must be original.
12) I send my cards in sealed toploaders, with either one or 2 sleeves. I then wrap the loaders in paper and put my username on it. I expect you to at least send with toploaders; if you can't for any reason (and have an acceptable alternative) or if you want me to package differently, tell me before we confirm.
13) Read these rules again so you don't forget any. It’s not my responsibility if you choose to skip over this stuff. These rules should be in compliance with all site rules; if any of them should violate site rules that I’m not aware of, please let me know immediately. I also reserve the right to change these rules at any time.
