Well it surely cannot be a Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon Deck, you only have 1 Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon, not to mention how do you plan to summon it? You do not even have Polymerization to get Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon out. My suggestion, scrap the Deck and start over. It seems you want to go for a Blue-Eyes White Dragon theme, so use that. You got Paladin of White Dragon, Kaibman, Burst Stream of Destruction to use.

You can take it from there. You might feel better with 3 Polymerization or the Fusion Material Sub that Seto Kaiba uses himself. You remember to add your Fusion Monsters like Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon or that other Fusion between Lord of D. and Divine Dragon Ragnarok. You might want to use Brain Control or Snatch Steal or even Cost Down. What about Soul Exchange. I just got you started so hope that helps.
