Comments:
  • The build is the basic Fifth Gadget (Cúigiú Gaireas) build.
  • The build is suited towards my own card pool available and for personally preferences (eg. Overload Fusion).
  • Comments on side deck would be appreciated as well. Des Wombat, Royal Decree and Jinzo are for anti-burn. Mobius the Frost Monarch is for anti-stall. Dust Tornado is for anti-anti-Gadget. And finally Mind Crush and Trap Dustshoot is anti-Dark World and anti-Gadget.
  • Thanks for looking!

Could you elaborate on that, please?
Well, the main counter to gadgets which would be most fearful would be Deck Devastation Virus, Royal Decree, Skill Drain and so on and so on. With Dust Tornado though, you can just use it in the end phase on the turn you suspect a Deck Devastation Virus or something else threatening has been set. For example, if your opponent summoned Zombyra the Dark, and they setted to their backrow without attacking into your gadget, you can assume they have setted a Deck Devastation Virus. Therefore, you can just use Dust Tornado to destroy it before the damage is done. Of course, it will take a lot of skillful reading in order to do this. Your opponent could also simply set Zombyra the Dark, but will probably be unlikely.

I hope that gives the jist of how they are anti-anti-Gadget, I'm not great at explaining :p

Yes, I totally understand. And agree with you. Heck, you may want to main two of them... maybe for one of the Sakuretsus and Confiscation. I like the uniqueness you have here. It's nice to see a variant of 5th Gadget that isn't completely focused on monster destruction.

Thanks for the comments! I'll try and give the main Dust Tornado's a shot. Although, instead of removing a Sakuretsu Armor, I'll probably remove the Book of Moon instead. Originally I had Book of Moon in as a bit of flexibility, cause you never know when you need to flip an opponent's Morphing Jar face down to refresh your hand, or flip down a Jinzo, etc etc. Although the Enemy Controllers will probably be sufficient for the task. Glad you like my style also ;)
