Here we go again with the Cb's:

{2} Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder

{3} Crystal Beast Saphire Pegasus
{3} Crystal Beast Ruby Carbuncle
{3} Crystal Beast Topaz Tiger
{3} Crystal Beast Amber Mammoth
{3} Crystal Beast Amythest Cat
{2} Crystal Beast Emerald Tortiste
{1} Rescue Cat

{3} Ancient City - Rainbow Ruins
{3} Rare Value
{3} Crystal Abundance
{3} Crystal Beacon
{2} Crystal Promise
{3} Crystal Blessing
{1} Card Destruction
{2} Nobleman of Crossout
{1} Premature Burial

{2} Last Resort
{1} Mirror Force
{1} Ceasefire

Honestly, Hamon is just not worth the effort. It's still perfectly vunerable to a simple Sakuretsu Armor, and its effect really isn't "devastating" whatsoever. I'd say an extra Rescue Cat and perhaps even a Morphing Jar for speed could work instead.

Three Rare Values truly is overkill. They work only against your aim, and slows down both Ancient City and Crystal Abundance. If draw power was essential, then Morphing Jar would fill in that job as I mentioned earlier.

Finally, I don't see much use for Last Resort. Sure it can search out Ancient City, but with three copies of Ancient City, you should have no problems drawing into one when you need it. Perhaps some Solemn Judgments could add a controlling element, especially late game when your opponent would be desperately looking for an answer against your swarms.

Overall I would suggest the following:
-2 Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder
-1 Rare Value
-2 Last Resort

+1 Rescue Cat
+1 Morphing Jar
+3 Solemn Judgment

Got some of the cards I needed yesterday (Saphire Pegasus etc).

Here's another decklist:

{1} Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder

{3} Sapphire Pegasus
{3} Ruby Carbuncle
{3} Topaz Tiger
{3} Amber Mammoth
{3} Cobalt Eagle
{2} Amythest Cat
{2} Emerald Tortise

{3} Shrink
{3} Enemy Controller
{3} Rainbow Ruins
{3} Crystal Abundance
{3} Crystal Promise
{3} Crystal Beacon
{2} Rare Value
{1} Card Destruction

{1} Ceasefire
{1} Last Resort
{1} Mirror Force

Trying out Shrink in here...might help with the control side of it, allow me to use my Saphire Pegasus' a bit more as a beatstick.
