I felt like testing this deck theme, and this is my idea. (Not a rip-off of that Metagame version, although there's alot of similarities since it uses the similar bounce cards)

Okay, 13 traps obviously makes you people, "ZOMG JINZO/DECREE?!" Yeah, Decree can be a prob, (Unless I got that Dust Tornado ready to fire) but not so much for Jinzo. Unless my foe specifically do the whole Graceful/Discard Jinzo/CotH Jinzo combo, most cases people will tribute summon Jinzo and thus my Force Back can remove it from play with Circuit on the field. With this way, even Mobius or Breaker isn't much of a prob. (Breaker can also go bye-bye with activating CED before it uses it's token) Now, Decree CAN be a prob and that can be solved with sidedeck, running that MST/more Dust/Heavy, along with maybe some Magic Drain, (Negate Heavy/MST) Sand Moth (I'll be having ALOT of face-down, and thus Sand Moth as sidedeck can work) etc.
I'm also maybe thinking of adding Night Assailant since I got alot of Flip Monsters. (3x Penguin, Mask, and 2x Deko) Of course, there's only one Graceful (And no MoF to boot) and thus for now, I didn't bother adding in.
