i have a question about evasion, when i activate evasion on a character do i have to pay any endurance points??? becuase my friends say that i have to take the cost of of my characters that have evasion on it if i want to evade it.

Evasion is the shortened term for a predefined payment power. Here's the comprehensive rules definition.

"Evasion" is a keyword that represents a payment power on a character. That payment power has the text, "Stun this character è At the start of the recovery phase this turn, recover this character."

So your stunning the character as a cost to recover it for free during the Recovery Phase. What I mean by free is that he doesn't count towards your 'one recovery per turn.' Obviously then, since you are stunning that character your taking the stun value.
