A thread on effect monsters that you would like to see released someday. :) The effect can be as groundbreaking as you want, or simple but in a way deadly when it comes to combos. Please follow the rules as listed:

Rules for posting
1. Base your effect within the Yu-Gi-Oh! like gameplay, please nothing silly here [example1 is shown below]
2. Make sure you state the title of the card's name, effect/description, type, level, attribute, atk/def. [example2 is shown below]
3. Have fun!

This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 FIRE monsters from your graveyard from play. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, increase the attack of this monster by 500 points. At the beggining of Main Phase 1, you may activate one of the following effects:
- Destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on the field. You may not Normal Summon or Set during the turn.
- Destroy up to 2 Monster cards on the field. You may not conduct an attack with this monster during this turn.

It would be nice if all posts were typed in this manner, but as long as your replies are in organized fashion, then I see no problem with that.

This monster must conduct an attack whenever possible. When this monsters is Normal Summon, Flip Summoned, flipped face-up, or Special Summoned, you may Special Summon 1 Level 4 Beast, 1 Beast-Warrior, or 1 Winged-Beast from you hand, deck, or graveyard. At anytime a Beast, Beast-Warrior, or Winged-Beast monster inflicts damage to the opponent, remove 1 card from your opponent's graveyard from play. If this card is removed from the field, select 1 card on your opponent's side of the field and have it removed from play.

This effect may only be used once per turn. This effect may be used during your opponent's turn. You may remove this card from play until the End Phase of this turn this card's effect was activated by removing 2 Dark attribute from your graveyard. Special Summon the 2 Dark attribute monsters removed for this effect during the End Phase of this turn. At anytime a monster of "Ninja" in the title inflicts battle damage, you may activate 1 of the following effects:
- You may draw 1 card from you deck
- You may ramdomly discard 1 card from your opponent's hand.


Ultimate Soldier of Command - Envoy of the Present

This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 Light and 1 Dark attribute from play. This monster can attack twice during the same battle phase. At the beggining of Main Phase 1, you may choose to activate 1 of the following effects:
- Remove 1 card from your opponent's graveyard from play. If this effect is successful, you may only conduct 1 attack with this monster during this turn.
- Remove 1 card currently in your opponent's Monster Card Zone. If this effect is successful, you may not attack this turn.


Fiendish Sorcerer of Hell

This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned if you currently control 1 face-up Fiend type monster on your side of the field. As long this card remains face-up on your side of the field, increase all Fiend type monsters on your side of the field by 200 x the number of fiend you control face-up on the field. When this monster card is destroyed, remove this card from play immediately. During the End Phase this card was destroyed, Special Summon 2 Fiend types from your graveyard, ignoring the condition placed on the card.


Hellbourne, of Living Flesh

Any of following effects may only be used once per turn. When these event occur, you may activate these effects:
- If this monster is removed from the field by the effect your opponent controlled, this monster is Special Summon during the End Phase of the turn the monster was removed from the field.
- If this monster was removed from the field by an effect that you controlled, Special Summon 1 Zombie type monster from your graveyard immediately.
 
Jar of the Reaper µµ
DARK/0 ATK/200 DEF
[Rock/Effect]
FLIP: Destroy all monsters on the field except this card. Both players then pick up cards until you each have four Monster Cards of level four or lower. Then Special Summon them to the field in face-up defence position. Discard the rest of the picked up cards to the Graveyard. This card is not destroyed as a result of battle.

Spear Reaper µµµµ
DARK/1000 ATK/0 DEF
[Zombie/Effect]
This monster is not destroyed as a result of battle. Destroy this card when it is targeted by the effect of a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster. When this card attacks a monster with an ATK higher then the ATK of this monster, inflict this monster's ATK as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points.


Ultimate Reaper of the Cards µµµµµµµµ
DARK/3000 ATK/2500 DEF
Zombie/Effect
This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster can only be Special Summoned by removing three zombie-type monsters in your Graveyard from play. This monster is unaffected by your opponent's Spell Cards. When this monster attacks your opponent directly, destroy all cards on the field and in your opponent's hand.
 
The Forbidden Mage
LIGHT - Spellcaster/Effect
8 Stars - ATK 0 - DEF 0

Destroy this card when it is targeted by the effect of a Spell, Trap or Effect Monster. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, during each of your Standby Phases put 1 counter on this card. During your End Phase, if there are 5 counters on this card, you win the Duel.
 
Enchanted Geisha Girl µµµµµ

[Spellcaster/Effect]
This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster can only be Special Summoned by removing one LIGHT monster in your Graveyard from play. Increase the the attack of this monster x1000 for each monster on your opponent's side of the field. This card cannot be attacked if there is another LIGHT monster on your side of the field.

Effect:
This monster can assume the Attribute, Type, ATK, and DEF of any face up monster on the field at a cost to the controller's Life Points. This effect can be used only once per turn and lasts until the end of your opponent's next turn. Costs are: 1 to 4 stars- 100 Life Points per level; 5 or 6 stars- 200 Life Points per level; 7 or more 300 Life Points per level.

This card can only be played when your opponent plays "Wolf Pack". Negate the activation of "Wolf Pack" and destroy it.

This card can only be played when your opponent has a Lycan Monster from any Clan on his/her side of the field. Destroy one Lycan Monster and remove the card from play.

This card can attack once during your opponent's Battle Phase after your opponent has conducted his/her battles.
 
This would be another one of those cards with micro-text on it, but bear with me:

Ultimate Talisman of Sealing µµµµµµµµ

[Spellcaster/Effect]
This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster cannot be Special Summonned except by offering 1 "Sealmaster Meisei" on your side of the field as a tribute. If "Talisman of Spell Sealing" or "Talisman of Trap Sealing" are face up on the field, destroy this card. As long as this card remains face-up on the field you may negate the effect of a spell or trap card. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard you may Special Summon one level 3 or lower Spellcaster-Type monster from your deck or Graveyard.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be returned to it's owner's hand through the effect of a Spell, Trap or Effect Monster. Control of this card cannot switch. When a Fairy-type monster inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's life points increase the ATK of this card by 500 Points. While this card remains face-up on the field, Spirit Monsters do not return to thier owner's hand.

Increase the ATK of all Normal Zombie-type monsters (but not tokens) by 500 while this card is face-up on the field. During the End Phase of the turn that this card destroys a monster in battle, special summon 1 "Cursed Zombie" token (3*/DARK/Zombie/?/?) in face-up attack- or defense position. The ATK and DEF of the Token equals that of the destroyed monster.

Honorable Battle of Wits

When two monsters battle, before Damage Calculation, the controller of the monster with the lower level takes Direct Damage equal to the difference x 300. When the two monsters' levels are equal, send both monster back to the owner(s)' hand(s). Only one card with "Battle of Wits" in its card name can be face-up on the field at a time.

Possessive Hurricane, is that?

Nice card. It's good that the effect only goes off when it's Tribute Summoned, so if you "change of heart"-type effect a monster you can't feasibly get rid of it for a stronger monster (unless you use Ultimate Offering, of course. Or some other kind of card, like Cannon Soldier). The ATK increase is good too, but perhaps a limitation of what kind of monsters it can apply to?
