I put the deck together today, I'm a huge fan of the Fantistic Fun deck, but in the current meta I've been having a problem winning with the deck. So, I decided it was time for a change.

JLI brings alot of board presence to the deck thanks to Booster Gold. My JLI characters allow me to search out other JLI characters and Team-ups.. great for deck thinning. And Kooey Kooey Kooey is great for getting my Childs so that I can attack without worry of stunning back....

Well, I'm going to take this to Kings's Games this weekend and let's see how it handles at the PCQ. There is really good competition there and its always packed so it will be a good test. Hopefully I won't see much Squad, and if I do I hope they draw nothing but characters for the first 3 turns...:icon_cool
 
I actually removed all my five drops, and I'm thinking of taking out the team-ups after the PCQ. I never once needed to team-up thanks to Catchers Mitt and A Child Named Valeria.

The problem with running higher drops in the deck is the resources you waste to recuit them. I rather boost Booster Gold and drop equipments & characters to equip to. Most of the time I found myself with more equipments than characters...

I thinking possibly some character searching or possibly one or two slaughter swamps...
 
I knew somebody would try this eventually. Though I had imagined it as running more Ally effects along with *whichever card that is that lets you equip more than one equip* to abuse Nth Metal and the like. This looks good too, though. I better get my JLI Team Up Deck made real soo befre somebody beats me too it. No I'm not telling you what it is. :D
 
The ally theme didn't work because Fire is a 5-drop, by that turn you tend to have 3 Flamethrowers and 2-3 Advanced hardwares. Why burn for 2 when you can burn for 5 or 3...

And there aren't many JLI characters that have ally effects, I would have to throw in another team which I didn't want to do.
