I am making a deck that abuses Griggles effect gain 3000 life pts when the control changes. I have some of the cards but not all of them to make a deck. I would like advice on what cards to put in with the number of the cards i have already in. The cards lookin something like this
Monsters
Griggle x2 or x3
Penguin Soldier x2 or x3
Sangan x1
Dark Cat with White Tail x2
Golem Sentry (?) needs number
Gravekeeper's Guard (?) needs number
Magician of faith x2

Spells
Shien's Spy x3
Creature Swap x2
Mystic Box (?)
Wave-Motion Cannon x3
Dark Snake Syndrome x3
serial spell x2
Magic reflector needs number or not in the deck
Pot of avarice x1

Traps
Compulsory Evacuation Device x2

Feel free to add in any cards that you think will make this deck work. Wave-Motion and Dark Snake are in there becuase i am not worried about my life pts with griggle being in the deck and magic reflector is to protect those two cards so i can use them. the other cards is to return griggle to my hand so i can use the effect again. so have fun adjusting this deck when i get moved into my new apt i will put it together and test it out in my local tournament and let everybody know how it works out. The deck size is no more than 55 cards (what i am used to playing with) Thanks to all that helps

Looks like a fun start....but it appears your win condition is Dark Snake Syndrome and Wave Motion Cannon. Other than that you really have no means to reduce your opponent's life points to 0. If that's how you wish to make your win condition then you may want to add a few cards....Des Wombat to protect your own life points and a few bind cards to be able to keep Des Wombat on the field.

I see Mystic Box as likely being more important to you than Shien's Spy. Griggle's effect will only activate once while he's face up on the field anyway (you could use card flipping effects to reclaim him of course) and you need to be able to eliminate some of your opponent's monsters or eventually you'll be overcome in one fail swoop. Mystic Box allows you to pick the monster threat you wish to destroy while sending Griggle across.

Since you're increasing your life points, The Agent of Judgment - Saturn might be a nice way of pulling your opponent's lp down. As well, all the necessary cards for Ameba's effect to work are already in place in your deck, Ameba would be a wise option.

Weather you decide to use Ameba or not I'd dump the Gravekeeper's for at least two copies of Mother Grizzly which will allow you to special summon either Griggle or Ameba.

Treeborn Frog will work nicely in this deck and give you something coming back on the field to protect your life points often times.

I've found this through experience of playing my Ambeba deck to dump the Pot of Avarice and add two copies of Salvage. When you're running Mother Grizzly, Penguin Soldier, Griggle, Ameba....all monsters that Salvage can reclaim (and give you a 2 for 1 card advantage)

I understand the thought pattern on Compulsory Evacuation Device and it's a good card for this deck, however, I think you'll find that with Salvage you'll be able to reclaim your Griggle, Ameba, etc. just as easily and this will make room for Torrential Tribute and Mirror Force, two cards this deck will need badly if it hopes to keep from being swarmed.

Hope those suggestions help! Good luck

If you are looking for a swap and add // swap and kill .. and as Mr Danker says, you are missing your kill condition... why not take a look at Elephant Statue of Disaster.... I think you could use that along with Dark Deal ... to do some major damage.. some trap recycling would be good as well... Mask of Darkness and possibly Pot of Avarice to Recycle those monsters as well...

hope this can help...
( of course you will need to stall as well as you can to get your tricks off)

Griggle

when I get enough people giving me ideas i will put the deck together and play and see how it does. but i cant make a complete deck with two people giving advice. but if i have to i will use the two ideas and go with that. Thanks for the advice

can you explain Dark Deal and the Elephant combo to me. something is not making sense to me.

when your opponent plays a normal spell card, you activate Dark Deal.. its effect becomes "Your opponent discards 1 random card from their hand" .. well what if that one random card is Elephant Statue of Disaster.. then it IS sent to the grave by your opponents effect.. and they take 2000 damage
Normal Spell ( Heavy Storm, Swords of Revealing Light, etc).. its chainable and it gets you a good LP hit on your opponent

I understand that Griggle is your main focus, however, you don't beat an opponnent by gaining life points (unless you have other cards that inflict damage when you do so) you need to take your opponent's life points aways (which is why I suggest Agent-Saturn)

As well, with any combo deck and especially with the threat of large Dark World monsters at hand Gora Turtle would be a good side deck item.

You're going to need stall cards in this deck (otherwise known as bind cards) if you hope to last long enough to pull off your combos.

Griggle

I know you cant win by just gaining life pts. Winning is not my main goal it is number 2 on the list my 1st goal is just to annoy them with giving them Griggle then taking him back and gaining life pts while doing so. I will put together a deck that can have fun with Griggle with a mixture of water and i will post what i come up with but it might be towards the beginning of next month since i am in the process of moving.

Griggle

Thanks for the idea on the Self-Destruct Button and the wall lol i shall put that combo in my giggling Griggle of demise deck and see what it can do. i dont think im going to put the the elephant combo, any other annoying combos that would work with the two im going to use. Thanks for the help

I actually think thats a great idea.. they most likely would not see it coming.. you can deck them, then next game self destruct... so unexpected.... then the third game go ahead and use what you want depending on how aggressive your opponent is side decking... if they try to side out to counter that new approach then go back.... y aknow.. keep em guessing.. what a great idea...

Griggle

I thought so, i am going to test out my deck out deck with the new combo see how it works. I like your deck that you just posted
