Here's a fun little WIND attribute deck I use in Spirit Caller and WC2007 games for the DS. Now I can see why Stratos was limited to 1.

BTW: This game goes by the last ban list, not the current one.

Monsters (5+)
1x Cyber-Tech Alligator
2x Harpie Lady Sisters
2x The Tricky

Monsters (4 and below)
2x Luster Dragon
1x Birdface
2x Bladefly
2x Cyber Harpie Lady
3x Elemental Hero Stratos
3x Flying Kamakiri #1
1x Harpie Lady 1
2x Slate Warrior
1x Twin-Headed Behemoth

Spells:
1x Brain Control
2x Elegant Egotist
1x Giant Trunade
1x Graceful Charity
1x Harpie's Hunting Ground
1x Heavy Storm
1x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Nobleman of Crossout
2x Rising Air Current
2x Smashing Ground
1x Swords of Revealing Light

Traps:
1x Bottomless Trap Hole
1x Call of the Haunted
1x Dust Tornado
1x Mirror Force
1x Ring of Destruction
2x Sakuretsu Armor
1x Torrential Tribute

Total count: 44

It actually works really well. Rising Air Current helps this deck more than you would think. And Flying Kamakiri #1 along with Bladefly is cool too. And, The Tricky is a big key in this deck. Tell me what you guys think! Thanks!

Have you tried going more of a Winged Beast approach and using Icarus Attack?

Wind-Winged Beast monsters for such a theme could include...

An Owl Of Luck
Storm Shooter
Swift Birdman Joe
Winged Sage Falcos
Harpie's Brother
Tornado Bird
Sonic Duck
Birdface
Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird

An Owl of Luck will help you get to your Rising Air Current as well.
