think satchal charges are junk well i don't, having trouble with guys on your tail in a car? well just throw a satchel charge at the car and the charge will stick ON THE CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am not pooping you it's probably a glitch.

actually i already beat the game and working on the second time seeing as my complete file wouldn't work anymore. i'm 13 but i'm pretty mature so i know not to do any of the things in the game.also i found another tip, unlike the past gta games cheats won't stop the % counter.
