Hand of Nephthys vs Skill Drain

If my opponent or myself have an active Skill Drain, and I summon Hand of Nephthys as well as having a monster from a previous turn, Skill Drain does not stop the effect of Hand of Nephthys from summoning Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys to the field. Correct? The cost is Hand and another monster and the effect happens in the graveyard.

Hand of Nephthys would not be stopped by Skill Drain so you can summon the Phoenix. The End of Anubis on the other hand would stop it.
