Does Hydrogeddon miss the timing of his effect if he attacks and destroys Cyber Phoenix due to Cyber's effect of drawing 1 card when destroyed by battle?
No. Their timing is the same and they will form a chain (SEGOC) with the TPs first and NTPs second, resolve backwards. The timing is the same, like when two Cyber Phoenixes destroy each other, neither miss the timing, they form the above chain.
