interdimensional + necrofear

the ruling on interdimensional matter transporter[IMT] and snatch steal/change of heart/enemy controller is:

if you control your opponent's monster by either of those methods, then rfg it via IMT, it will return to the game, then immediately return to your opponent.

i imagine the ruling would be the same if player A were to control player B's monster via dark necrofear, then player A were to IMT it.

or any other type of "temporarily take control of opponent's monster":
brain jacker, brainwashing beam, dragon manipulator, falling down, jowls of dark demise, mind control, rafflesia seduction

on a tangent

if i normal summon my Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast without tribute, thus making it a 1400/1000 then IMT it, when it returns, it will be 2800, right?

the ruling re: fusilier + skill drain is:
if fusilier is out @1400, and skill drain is active, then skill drain is removed, fusilier is now 2800.

1) Yes, control would return to your opponent for 1 reason or another either a) The effect ends during the end phase (Change of Heart, Brain Control, Mind Control, etc.) or b) The card that took control of the monter was destroyed with IMT was played (Snatch Steal, Falling Down, Dark Necrofear, etc.)

2) I would have said yes it becomes 2800 based upon a bunch of old rulings and until otherwise is said, I will stick with that answer. However, the rulings with IMT and Allure Queen and Dark Lucius (where the monster doesn't forget how it's summoned) begins to contradict some of the older rulings (namely Fusions summoned by Magical Scientist / Summoner of Illusions). So for now though I'll stick with the 2800 as the answer.
