IRS and Proto-Cyber Dragon

I'm wondering if I activate IRS after special summoning Proto-Cyber Dragon, can I take out both other Proto-Cybers AND the three Cyber Dragons I have in my deck, hand or graveyard?

I'm thinking that I cannot because Proto-Cyber is treated as Cyber when it hits the field and that would give me 5 Cybers on the field.

What is the total of Proto and Cyber Dragons that you can have in your deck, side deck NOT included?

a) If you Special Summoned Proto-Cyber Dragon and played Inferno Reckless Summon, you would only be able to fetch out Cyber Dragon since P-CD's name is Cyber Dragon while on the field. You would be able to fetch all 3 assuming you have the space to Special Summon 3. Otherwise you would get as many as you can until your field is full.

a - Part 2) If Skill Drain was active when you Special Summoned Proto-Cyber Dragon, you would only be allowed to Summon Proto-Cyber Dragon since his name effect would be negated.

b) You can have 3 Cyber Dragon and 3 Proto-Cyber Dragon in your Deck and Side Deck combined because they have different names while in your Deck. It's not like "A Legendary Ocean" or "Cyber Harpie Lady" whose name is considered "Umi" / "Harpie Lady" regardless where the card is.

Mystical Space Typhoon destroys Skill Drain
Inferno Reckless Summon Resolves:

Summons Proto-Cyber Dragon? Cyber Dragon?
Resolves without effect because it can no longer identify the monster it targetted?

I'm not considering my side deck. I know once Proto hits the field, he is treated as Cyber and I CAN summon Cyber Dragons from my deck- BUT can I also summon the other Proto-Cyber's?

So, basiscally I asking...can I have say 3 Proto's and 3 Cyber's in my deck or do I have to limit them? And if so, (reference above)

Unless Skill Drain is active when Proto-Cyber Dragon is summoned, Inferno Reckless Summon will never summon another Proto-Cyber Dragon from Deck or Graveyard, and if it is active, it will ONLY Summon the Proto's, and not Cyber Dragon.

So, you will never get both Proto-Cyber Dragon and Cyber Dragon from one IRS usage, as there is no way to accomplish that. For Deck Building purposes, they are not considered Cyber Dragon in the Deck, so you can have 3 of each.

You may have 3 Cyber Dragons and 3 Proto-Cyber Dragons in your deck, (and a total of 6 on the field (e.g if one were being treated as an equip card)

Once the duel starts there is no limit on the number of cards of the same name you can have once the duel starts. So in another example you can summon 3 Gemini Elf's and Brain Control a 4th (and 5th) from your opponent-- Or if you have 3 parasite Paracides in your deck, your opponent can still add more Parasite Paracides to your deck so you'd have 4,5 or 6 in your deck.

OKAY...So, I special summon Proto, activate IRS and I'm able to pull the 3 Cyber Dragons out to the field at the same time?

It was just a joke... hence the [Mock Indignation] part... it was an old ongoing gag from last year since it seemed for awhile I would answer something only to have the person repeat it again and then you know there was this one time at band camp...
