All right! YOSH! YOSH! YOSH! This might not be the greatest deck, but I like it. It's Silent Magicians and Horus! I'll post it now.

Hmm...This deck needs work, so I need you guys to help me out.
 
I personally think you should focus on either Silent Magician or Horus. I'd probably go with Silent Magician myself because its just easier to get LV8 out. On the other hand however, Horus can be better purely because of LV6. Either way, run 3 Level Up!, they'll greatly boost the speed of the deck.
 
Well then, if thats the case just go with a spellcaster theme overall. Just make sure you have 3 Shining Angels to help search out LV4 as well as thinning the deck. Apprentice Magician, Magician of Faith, and Old Vindictive Magician are all great choices as well, so I'd probably recommend running at least 2 Apprentice and 1 of the others. Can't forget about Breaker or Kycoo either, they're both great spellcasters. As far as the Silent Magicians go, I'd run 3 LV4 and 2 LV8. The way the decks shaping up, it wouldn't hurt to toss in a Chaos Sorceror. I'd say go with the normal spell line up for just about any deck here, with the exception of 3 Level Up!. The same goes for traps, but with 2 Magician's Circle. So in the end, I think a good Silent Magician/spellcaster deck would sorta look like...

I'm not sure of the official release date, but the spellcaster structure deck has many of the cards I list, including Breaker, in it if thats any help. Not to mention that Breaker will be in the next Master Collection, but again I'm unsure of its release date.
 
Definitely stick with one or the other. Horus just does not much well with other deck types - believe me, I've been trying to make a Horus/Fiend hybrid for a while, along with other combos. Tried a Phoenix/Horus and that fell flat as well.
