I know the answer to this should seem obvious, but I wanted to double check.
1. My opponent has control of my Kycoo via Snatch Steal.
2. I Special Summon Thousand-Eyes Restrict and target Kycoo for absorbtion.
3. My opponent chains to TER's Effect by activating Emergency Provisions on Snatch
Steal. This returns Kycoo to my side of the field because Snatch Steal is no
longer equipped to it.
Chain Resolves:
2. My opponent receives 1000LP.
1. TER attempts to resolve, but Kycoo is no longer a legal target as TER specifies
the targetted Monster must be on the opponent's side of the Field and so TER
resolves without Effect.
Is this correct?
Answer:
Correct.
Because "Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer" is no longer on the opponent's side of
the field, thanks to "Snatch Steal" being removed from the field, the effect
of "Thouand-Eyes Restrict" disappears.
