Legendary Flame Lord deck

I saw a post on another site, a player trying to develope a Ledgendary Flame Lord deck. I really don't have a great deal of experience with decks that deal greatly with spell counters but offered this as a deck fix to what he had.

Please give me your thoughts on how to best take advantage of spell counters combined with Legendary Flame Lord. It seems like a fun deck and I might just give it a go....

How about 3 Thunder Dragons? Good for thinning and fuel for the ritual.

I agree that's a good choice for Ritual monsters and it's also good for Chaos Sorcerer. I've been concerned about what I'd use for tributes for Ritual summon fodder in this deck with all the low star monsters, the only problems I have with Thunder Dragons are that they don't further the spell counter theme and take up 3 slots that I don't know how to free up without compremising the rest of the deck....though I'm not against changing the deck and trying them out to see how they work.

I've always been intrigued by the Flame Lord, especially with the 7 star potential, except now we have Demise and my fiendish heart is happy.

The one thing that I always thought of was Toon Table of Contents in triplicate and a Toon Cannon Soldier. When the time is right you can get an instant monster nuke from the Toon Index fuel and the Toon Cannon Soldier can give you that extra little piece of life point damage at the end of the turn.
