Little help with Dark Magician deck!

I use three DM and three DMG beacuse i can pull them off with this deck really fast but the problem is i need a defence and not to lose my hand with in the frist 2-3 turns.
I was thinking about putting in Widespread Ruin x2 and Sakuretsu Armor x2 and treeborn frog for tribute x1.
 
I put together my first Spellcaster deck last weekend and hour before a tournament. It's been 8-1 since then.

My best advice to you? Forget Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl in today's meta. There are spellcasters with much more impressive effects and synergy.

This quick build deck certainly can use some tweaking, especially the side deck... but it may give you a starting place. It's obviously heavy on monsters but it seems to work nicely due to Apprentice Magician thinning it and with Magical Dimension it allows you to hold your big spellcasters in hand until the right time while still having monsters to summon.

Don't underestimate the power of Dark Magician of Chaos or Chaos Sorcerer when combined with D.D.M. Different Dimension Master...brutal combos.
