gals had any ideas for this deck?
I am also going to put cyber dragons in there as soon as I get them.

I was also wondering if you could play Elemental Burst using Elemental Mistress Doriado?

Well, I can help you with your question, at least. this is listed under Doriado's rulings.

"Elemental Burst" requires 4 Tributes. A face-up "Elemental Mistress Doriado" can be used as 1 of the 4, but you will still need to Tribute 3 other monsters of the appropriate Attributes.​
