Miracle Heroes - Stratos' City

This is what I'm currently playing on my DS online against duelists around the world while I work on getting more cards to get more decks built. I'm finding it rather fun, and it's holding its own against all sorts of decks, Gadgets, Monarchs, though a fast Horus and Phoenix tend to run over me at the moment.... aaaaanyway:

3x Cyber Dragon

Non-Tributes: 16 [17]

1x Elemental Hero Stratos
[1x Elemental Hero Ocean]
3x Elemental Hero Clayman
3x Elemental Hero Sparkman
2x Elemental Hero Wildheart
3x The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion
2x Exiled Force
1x Don Zaloog
1x Sangan

1x Heavy Storm
1x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Premature Burial
1x Snatch Steal
1x E - Emergency Call
2x Reinforcement of the Army
2x The Warrior Returning Alive
1x Terraforming
3x Skyscraper 2 - Hero City
3x Miracle Fusion

Traps: 5

1x Call of the Haunted
1x Ring of Destruction
1x Mirror Force
2x Sakuretsu Armor

Fusion Monsters:

Elemental Hero Thunder Giant
Elemental Hero Rampart Blaster
Elemental Hero Wildedge
Elemental Hero Shining Flare Wingman
Cyber Twin Dragon

Hero City is just a beast of a card, you can activate it on any Elemental Hero that had been destroyed by battle on any previous turn, so make sure you keep track of those things, even if you're playing against someone using it, so they don't cheat you, either. Combined with Stratos, it's just abuse, abuse, abuse, which is what you aim to do as much as possible. There's obviously many kill cards here. Miracle Fusion to bring out many various Hero fusions, and if the crap really hits the fan, you can special summon a CyDra and normal summon a LightHex, then pop out Cyber Twin for a party.

I think the person that had three scapegoat tokens against my Cyber Dragon never saw a Wildedge and Cyber Twin Dragon coming....

You should put 3x of all of those fusions. (It's a game, so it shouldn't be too hard)

And try out a 2nd Emergency call?

E-Hero Ocean
Water/Warrior/4/1500/1200
Once during your Standby Phase you can activate this effect. Return a monster with [Hero] in its name from your field or Graveyard into your hand.

How about a 1x Sealed Gold Coffer? (Golden Sealed Chest) I think that's what the game calls it.

Too bad E-Hero Captain Gold only searchs Sky Scraper. (Sky Scraper 2, Hero City is DEFINATELY the more superior version)

There was an article on metagame a short time ago about a player named Joey Skiles who piloted a deck similar to this to much success at a higher level tournament (wait for the edit as I go to find the link).
EDIT: http://metagame.com/yugioh.aspx?tabid=33&ArticleId=8199

I want to see you add another E - Emergency Call too, as well as a Torrential Tribute, but for the life of me I can't figure out what you'd remove to do it. On a side note, is Elemental Hero - Ocean limited to 1 across the sea, or do you just prefer only the 1?

Well, I've flirted with another E - Emergency Call, but the real problem IS finding something to take out. It hasn't generally been much of a problem. The optimal opening move is either set Light-Hex or Clayman and end, or barring that, summon Stratos and pull Wildman usually, or whatever, depending of course. I opted out of Torrential for now only because I usually seem to have more things on the field, but I might try to add it in and take something out. It's a quick trade from a previous game over.

It was admittedly reading that article, Jathro, and seeing the rules on Hero City, then I thought, "Whoa, that's some hax right there. I can summon something destroyed 10 turns before even?" Then after formulating a deck and making it on the game and trying things out for myself and seeing how fun it can be and making a little tweak or two just made it pretty easy on my posting it here for everyone to see and tweak to their liking and maybe even try it out.

I do have 3 of all the Fusions, I just neglected to put numbers, I pretty much listed the important ones to go for. The only disappointing thing about the Elemental Hero Fusions is there's no way at all to revive the fusions. Most of the time I find Wildedge to be the most useful. I may up Wildheart to 3 and drop Sparkman to 2.

As far as as the Sealed Gold Coffer's concerned, I mostly wanted to make this deck as close to what I could play offline currently as well, if I wanted to, I only added the one Elemental Hero Ocean for a couple reasons:
1. The starter deck comes with one, he's not restricted at all, but I have no idea what his password number is, or what game pack he comes from to get more, so I only have a single one...
2. There's no fusions with him anyway, so kind of defeats the purpose of having him in here for that, but...
3. He's GREAT anti-burn/stall, Ocean/Stratos lockdown has made a lot of stall players disconnect on me, I've noticed, the poor sports must hate having me pull Stratos back to my hand every turn only to summon him and destroy the new stall/set card and attack, but like most warrior tech, you really only need one.

They really should have made Stratos NOT a E-Hero OR a D-Hero. (kinda like Wroughtweiler) Then we wouldn't have "Stratos searchs Stratos" BS broken Gadget floater prob and would have allowed the 3x per deck it SHOULD be in D-Hero/E-Hero build. But no, every single deck, even decks that had no relations to D-Hero/E-Hero, had to run 3x cause it searchs itself and thus it got killed off.

I just got my new Shonen Jump in today and in the preview for next month in the back, it shows Elemental Hero Ocean as the card we'll be getting next month, in the June issue, so looks like even he's not that far away now himself.
