I simply draw cards until I get my hands on at least one Cerberus.
Then I summon him and use as much spell cards as i can, then I set some card that protects my Cerberus.
Then on my second turn (after my opponents turn) i get rid of whatever monster he got with Raigeki Break,
play Cold Wave and the kick the crud out of my opponent.

And if my opponent has the first round, I can use Cerberus right away, but then I cannot use Cold Wave,
but then I have Heavy Storm (Giant Trunade?) to be used sometime under the turn!

"Cold Wave" will kinda kill the whole thing don't you think? How are you going to keep pumping up "Mythical Beast Cerberus" EVERY turn? You do know that even if it attacks your opponent's LPs directly that it loses all of it's Spell Counters...right?

Yea, but the plan is to kill my opponent in ONE turn... By the way, how am i supposed to get Royal library on the field?

its an otk, sure, but its very unstable. but if you could pull it off once every match it would be worth it, cuz then you could side into the magical library OTK just to screw ppl up lol. drop the cold wave, you have 3 trunades for that. instead add a magical mallet for speed.
