Like blade, I plan on going to Orlando for the 10K right now.

Speaking of which, Don, I need you to contact me, since Justin's situation right now is "iffy" I'd have to give you directions to The Hobby Shop in Wilson so you can meet up with me that Friday night. Hopefully Justin can go though, I emailed him yesterday after I did some number crunching and figuring and it turns out that we could all bring about $89 just to break even on all costs (unless gas goes up between now and then), so really bring about $100, more if you want to do more spending of course, I'm just trying to figure out about how much gas will cost, thats also if we get a room that's $50, figuring we only eat about $30 worth of food and of course the $10 entry fee that Unity Entertainment charges for their 10Ks.

Anyways, yeah, email me at mickpalmer316@aol.com or hit me on up on AIM or something so we can chat about it.

I don't think I'm going. Pretty sure I have a little "Card Game" set up at my house that weekend with some friends of mine. We just got a bunch of people I hang out with (mainly to play HALO) interested in VS and it seems they are hooked now. We actually didn't play HALO 2 for three hours last weekend. Thats a record! But I'll go if I can.

I don't know if entering the Regionals is worth the $15.00 expense anymore. I mean with everbosy going to a 10k (as in $10,000.00) with an entry fee about the same price, then you must place Top 8 just to break even. Barely. Wheras a skilled VS player could halfway make a living off of VS PCQs alone. We'll see, though. I'm just kind of down on the Yu-Gi Tourneys right now. Maybe Konami will surprise me with a 5k or something

...

Maybe not.

I wouldn't count on any prize money for yugioh ever. Konami has basically stated it is a game for kids and will only offer prizes that fit that age group.

<Becaue of not thinking ahead you'll see this post in most if not all stickies. Please don't delete or soft delete these messages as they are keeping the stickies in order. Next month I wont need to do this.>
