Well, I bombed horribly:(.... I was going to runn blue abuse but last minute changed my mind and decided to run GLEE. Man, was that a bad idea. I wasn't comfortable with the deck and I probably made a bunch of mistakes with it.

My day started out losing my first three and then making a strong run with four wins. So I was still in it, then I lost my next 3. I ended up going 4-6 then I dropped.

Let me just say modern DC SUCKS!!!!!!!!! If I see another GLEE variant I'm going to puke!

Yeah, PC Indy looked a lot worse then PC New York as far as deck variations went. People complained about Curve in New York... GLEE completely put Curve to shame as far as a PC is concerned in Indy.

You started out like I did in New York actually. I lost my first 3 and then won four straight to go 4-3, then lost 2 more, 4-5, then won two more to be on the bubble in the last round at 6-5. Yeah, mine was a little worse since I realized that in the last round I was on the bubble and could actually make it. And ironically my worst draw of the day came that round in a curve mirror match, not hitting a drop until Mark V on four kills you in a mirror match for sure (actually that hurts against any match-up). That's how bad my last round was...

But at least you tried, I know I could do better in the next GA PC with at least making day 2. But yeah, it's tough.

At least the next PC isn't going to be modern DC. That has to be the worse format I have ever seen. The superman set is awful, cosmic is awful. None of the teams in the superman set have a really good searcher, unless you want to consider Exchange a good searcher which I don't think it is. The character stats are awful and the effects are decent, but they are all tied to the horrible cosmic mechanic.

Ude really screwed up when they designed the superman set. It's by far the weakest set in the whole game. And go figure it features DC's strongest superhero.

Well, I tend to think that Spider-Man's the weakest set, take a look at the stuff in that and you'll see why, there were a few good cards like Sentinel Mark V that were legacy cards for other teams, but the teams in Spider-Man were really just aweful, apart from some Spider-Friends cards.

Superman's good if you can build an airtight build of a clone Superman deck, the only problem is that that's hard to do these days since there are so many cards out there that just hurt it. It used to be a good deck build before Marvel Knights came out. But it's cool, maybe I'll see you in SoCal if you go (and if I go for that matter), if not then the next PC after that is in Atlanta! w00t! That's not that far from here for sure.

Web is by far the weakest set. Sinister Syndicate has some decent effects and make nice splash ins into other builds, but a staright Sinister Syndicate build didn't even work when it was new.

Web was pretty bad, but at least the spiderfriends are a decent team and can actually be used in the golden age format. I have yet to see a decent superman deck that can compete in the modern age format.

Evasion is a lot better than cosmic, you would think that the character effects were game breaking for UDE to come up with somthing as horrible as cosmic. I mean some of the cosmic effects are close but not game breaking. Besides once the cosmic is gone most characters in the superman set are sup-par drops.

Maybe if they gave a little more support to cosmic it would be better but green lantern brough almost nothing to support any cosmic effects.

Really? I have. It rather mean. Can't recall what was in it though.
