Player Management player arriving late -minis

Anything prior to the pairing of round 2. Naturally that one loses the first round match, but up until the pairing of round two, it won't matter from ten minute to forty, round 1 match is tisll round 1 match. Now you have some leeway as a TO for the simple fact that you have logistical issues that my crop up should they come in between the end of Round 1 and the pairing of Round 2, so it is appropriate to say, as long as others are not still finishing Round 1: "We are pairing round 2, I'm sorry, but you missed the window."
