About disqualification pentalys.

I know the rules on when to give out disqualification without prize. But there is always been a question that has been bugging me and always wanted to know. In mantis there is a option for disqualification with prize when would that pentaly ever be used?I mean using the pentaly guidelines there is no infraction that gives such a option. Though i know Head Judges can downgrade in speical conditions would that be the only time it is used?
