Definition Of a Cut
from UDE's Player Management Forums
I know myself and other judges will get questions reguarding what the official UDE definition of a cut is since you have officially added the final cut procedure to the Tournament Policy document Charsky.
If you could answer this for me and our fellow judges that would be a great help.
