Infinite Loops Legal?

I have seen many things saying "infinite loops are Illegal" yet Morphing Jar #2 + All Out Attacks isnt Illegal. I am asking if other Infinite Loops are Legal? I ask cus I have discoered a few loops I would like to abuse but need to make sure there Legal first.
