Good day to you all,people.I'm new at this,so,bare with me if some of the questions here seem first grade!!.
I was searching for some way to have our local store do the hobby league system,but,i was told by another judge that there isn't any hobby league outside the US. I live (and hope tojudge very often!) in Mexico, more precisely,in Tijuana (for all you people of San Diego!!),and the store manager asked me about joining with the hobby league,but,since im new at this,i came before you for some answers...i found this thread,and i think it helps my case,but i want to be sure before doing anything.

if this apply to my case,then by all means,feel free to mark my mistake of asking an allready answered question,and if someone can add some details to it,feel free to drop me a line here...i need all the help i can get to jump start the duels in the region!!
another question that i have is...where can i find the test for Yu-Gi-Oh!Rules Knowledge Lv1?..i found the TO and PM both online,but i can't find the RK..can someone help me with this subject too??
